Administrator is the user who has full control over management of the Trumpauto account – he/she can manage users and company settings.

Specialist is a user with defined set of rights and has access only to specific modules and functionalities set by administrator. For example – settings for accountant to see invoices and stock, mechanic to see calendar etc.

Resource is a piece of equipment or room you can add to calendar for planning purposes and ‘resource’ has no account in Trumpauto nor is it visible in statistics and reporting.

Personal Account Manager is your contact person in Trumpauto who is acquainted with the specifics of your company and can assist you via phone, e-mail or at your workshop.

This is a module which you can use to send marketing or operational SMS to large selection of your clients at the same time. For example to invite historic customers back to you.

ClientApp enables workshop to update client of the status of the work done on the vehicle, send reminder a day prior to work scheduled, ask additional questions and offer services. ClientApp works as web service with link sent over SMS.
